We provide the technology platform, user interface, and client services. Trade execution and/or custody of client assets may be handled by our licensed partner exchange where applicable.

Under the EU Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA), crypto-asset services offered to EU residents generally require authorization as a Crypto-Asset Service Provider (CASP), unless an exemption applies.
Where crypto-related services are available, they are provided through the regulatory structure described above. Averon Hedge does not hold itself out as a CASP unless explicitly stated and authorized.
You are responsible for your own taxes. Averon Hedge provides transaction history and downloadable records but does not calculate, withhold, or remit taxes on your behalf unless we are specifically licensed and legally required to do so.
Use your trading history export or account statements to prepare tax returns or share data with your tax adviser or software. EU initiatives such as DAC8 may require service providers to report certain customer transaction data to tax authorities in the future; we will comply with applicable law when required.

We perform identity verification (KYC) before you can deposit or trade when this feature is enabled. We may request government-issued ID and proof of address.
We monitor accounts for suspicious activity including market manipulation, wash trading, and other financial crime indicators, and may suspend accounts or report activity to competent authorities as required by law.
We disclose applicable fees, spreads, commissions, and copy-trading profit share before you use each product. Withdrawal, swap, transfer, and subscription fees are shown in the relevant product screens.
Copy trading: expert profit share is displayed when you subscribe to an expert. You must acknowledge fees before starting to copy.
